She was born Nov. 13, 1936, in Rushville, the daughter of Orval and Elsie Tomlinson Icenogle. She married Raymond Taylor on Aug. 19, 1973, in Rushville. He survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Vicky (and Tony) Thomas of Arenzville and Misty (and Rodger) DeVore of Bluff Springs; two sons, Tracy (and Lori) Brasel, and Nick (and Cindy) Brasel both of Beardstown; one stepdaughter, Tracy of Saint David; one stepson, Brian Taylor of Saint David; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Icenogle.
She was a waitress in Virginia, Ill., and worked at the Campus Inn in Beardstown. She was police dispatcher for the City of Beardstown for over 10 years.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. Fred Fritz officiating. Burial was in Rushville City Cemetery.
