She was born Jan. 6, 1921, in Camden, the daughter of Russell and Sina Garnet Strausbaugh Danner. She married Kenneth Tribbey on Oct. 14, 1940, in Kahoka, Mo. He preceded her in death on Oct. 24, 1991.
She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Korte.
Surviving are one daughter Carol (and Bernard) Marvel of Browning; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A 1938 graduate of Rushville High School, she helped her husband farm in the Browning area their entire adult life.
She was a member of Browning United Methodist Church and the Schuyler County Farm Bureau.
Services were held Tuesday at the Wood Funeral Home in Rushville with Reverend Charla Meyers officiating. Burial was in the Rushville City Cemetery.
