She was born April 2, 1976, in Pekin, a daughter of Michael and Luciea Foster.
Surviving are her parents of Shiloh; one grandmother, Jo Ann McMillan; and two brothers, Steven and Jason Foster; two nieces; and one nephew.
She graduated from Astoria High School and attended Western Illinois University for two years.
Her fight began when she was diagnosed with Lupus at age 18. Combined with her struggles with mental illness she battled as an adult, her life came to an end when she could no longer fight.
Wolfersberger Funeral Home in O'Fallon was in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the family.
A Celebration of Life service is being planned at a later date in Astoria.
