Helen D. Taylor, 83, of Havana Health Care Center, formerly of Lewistown, died at 10:57 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2005, at Mason District Hospital in Havana.
She was born March 5, 1922, in Marietta, a daughter of James Edgar and Ada Rutledge Bartlett. She married Glenn R. Taylor on Dec. 24, 1940, in Ipava. He died Aug. 17, 1966.
She also was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.
Surviving are one son, Ron (and Margaret) of Liverpool; one daughter, Glenna (and Verl) Malott of rural Ipava; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She had worked at Atwood Corp. in Havana for many years until retiring.
Services were Friday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Rev. Joe Tomich officiating. Burial was in White Chapel Memory Gardens in Canton.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
