Donald R. Treadway, 49, of East Peoria, formerly of Ashland, died at 11:07 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 8, 1995, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
He was born Nov. 14, 1945, in Jacksonville, a son of William and Betty Bottom Treadway.
Surviving are his stepfather and mother, Gerald and Betty Farmer of Ashland; four sons, Donald of White Hall, John and Jason, both of the state of Wyoming, and Christopher of Auburn; two daughters, Melissa Treadway of White Hall and Chelsea Treadway of Astoria; three brothers, Terry Comiskey of Beardstown, John Comiskey of Ashland and Charles Treadway of Bath; two sisters, Barb Bradley and Bonnie Leverton, both of Beardstown; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.
He was a driver for Joliff Trucking Co. in East Peoria.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Waverly East Cemetery in Waverly. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at Massie-Buchanan Funeral Home in Ashland.
