Harold Taylor Dies In ArkansasHarold Taylor Dies In ArkansasHarold Eugene Taylor, 77, of California, died from an accident Sunday, Sept. 9, 1990, in Mountain Home, Ark.
He was born April 18, 1913, in Smithfield, the son of Ralph “Happy” and Lena Joachim Taylor. He married Alice Lee on Oct. 10, 1962, in Taipei, Taiwan (Republic of China). She survives.
Other survivors include one son, Kam Lee Taylor and one daughter, Mary Ja, both of California; a half-brother, Lee Taylor of Ipava; and several relatives in the Fulton County area.
He was preceded in death by a half-brother and half-sister.
He was a graduate of Canton High School and an ordained minister. He was a retired Master Gunnery Sergeant of the U.S. Marine Corps with more than 30 years of service.
Burial was in California.
