Miss Lillian Tannehill, 94, of Madrid, Iowa, formerly of Astoria, died at 5 a.m. Monday, July 29, 1985, in the Madrid Home for the Aging.
Born Sept. 3, 1890, at Astoria, she was a daughter of Ezra and Maggie Tannehill.
She was a nurse’s aide at Presbyterian Hospital, Chicago, many years.
There are no immediate survivors.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday morning in Astoria Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Daum officiating. Shawgo Memorial Home was in charge of arrangements.
