Rev. Paul Thompson Of Indiana Dies

A former pastor of the Canton Church of the Brethren, the Rev. Paul Thompson, 58, died Friday in his home in Huntington, Ind. He moved from Canton seven years ago after pastoring at the Canton church for eight years.

Funeral services were held Sunday in Huntington and burial was at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Dixon.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hunting Church of the Brethren Building Fund.

Rev. Thompson was a former moderator for both the Astoria and Woodland Churches of the Brethren.
