Mrs. Ollie Carver Tharp, age 72 years, died yesterday afternoon at about 3 o’clock at the Graham hospital, Canton, where she had been a patient since Friday. She has been in poor health for about a year.
Born June 1, 1878, near Bardolph, she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Heck. Surviving are her husband, Charles Tharp, and a brother, Stout Heck of Galesburg, who is past 90 years of age; also several nieces and nephews residing at Galesburg.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock tomorrow from the Shawgo Memorial home, conducted by Rev. L. F. Gerard. Burial will be in the Astoria cemetery. Friends may call at Shawgo’s Memorial Home.
