Terry G. Sours, 73, of Lewistown died at 4:30 p.m. March 13, 2024, at OSF St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg.
He was born May 27, 1950, in Pekin, a son of Gene and Lois Kline Sours. He married Roxann Hughes on April 6, 1973, in Lewistown. She survives.
Also surviving are two children, Clint (and Christina) Sours and Adam (and Erin) Sours, both of Lewistown; one brother, Mike Sours of Plevna, Kan.; three sisters, Diane (and Steve) Scott of Kearns, Utah, Debbie (and Lester) Griffin of Plevna, Kan., and Lisa Sours of Canton; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
He was an over-the-road truck driver. He served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.
Cremation will be accorded. There will be a visitation from 10-11:30 a.m. Friday at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown. A graveside service will follow at 11:45 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown where a military service will be conducted by the Lewistown VFW Post 5001 and the Lewistown American Legion Bishop Post 1.
