She was born Jan. 10, 1940, in New Philadelphia, Ill., the daughter of John and Daisy Haffner Howard. She married Billie D. Schisler on March 22, 1959, in Ipava. He preceded her in death on Jan. 6, 2017.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers.
Surviving are one son, Tim Schisler of Ipava; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Martin-Hollis Funeral Home in Bushnell where visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Pastor Brant Reed will officiate. Burial will be in the Bushnell Township Cemetery.
