Sandra L. Simpson, 83, of Lewistown died at 6:24 p.m. May 30, 2022, at Graham Hospital in Canton.
She was born July 20, 1938, in Lewistown, a daughter of Clinton H. and Nellie Mae West Waller. She married Robert L. Simpson on Dec. 20, 1956, in Rushville. He preceded her in death.
She also was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister and one son.
Surviving are two sons, Gregory S. Simpson of Jacksonville and Andrew Knoele of Hindsboro; and several nieces and nephews.
She retired from the former Clarytona Manor Nursing Home in Lewistown in August 2001 after 32 years. She was a member of Illinois Street Christian Church and the Lewistown Community High School Alumni Association.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at the Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Pastor Brant Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the memorial home.
