She was born May 10, 1944, in Peoria, a daughter of Dale and Frances Piper. She married Don Kelly. She later married Reynold St. Peter. He preceded her in death.
She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Karen Kelly Barnes.
Surviving are one son, Dean A. Kelly (and Diane Lauterbach) of East Peoria; one daughter, Nicole (and Curtis) Baldwin of Vermont; four siblings, Jeannie Kelly, Linda Shauwecker, Bryce Piper and Tamara Dobbs; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was a fiercely independent and spirited person.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services. Hamilton Funeral Home in Augusta was in charge of arrangements.
