She was born July 15, 1930, in Canton, a daughter of Delbert and Clara Azbell White. She married Ora A. Shannon on Nov. 27, 1948, in Marietta. He survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Raymond (and Vicki), and Ronald both of Marietta, Donald (and Kathy) of Swan Creek and Robert (and Amy) of Elmwood; two sisters, Novella Niecikowski of Marietta and Lois Smith of Cuba; 19 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters.
She was a homemaker.
She was of the Christian faith.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Cuba with Rev. Vicki Rilea officiating. Burial will be in Marietta Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the memorial home.
