Joseph Skillen, 95, of Astoria died Dec. 8, 2006, at Astoria Gardens & Rehab Center.

He is the father of JoAnn (and Bob) Stambaugh of Astoria.

Foran Funeral Home in Summitt was in charge of arrangements.
