She was born July 23, 1924, in Table Grove, the daughter of Ady and Valera Kelly Clemens. She married Robert Baker on Nov. 27, 1945. He died June 27, 1985. She later married Gene Seibert. He also preceded her in death.
Surviving is one brother, Wayne (and Bona) Clemens of Winterset.
She had worked at Fulton County ASC Office in Lewistown for many years.
She was a member of Summum Christian Church and attended First Christian Church in Winterset.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Summum Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. tonight at Ochiltree Funeral Service & Aftercare in Winterset.
