Rebecca K. Schade, 55, of Vermont, formerly of Bushnell, died at 10:02 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, 2002, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born July 27, 1946, in Sullivan, Ind., a daughter of Charles W. and Jeanette Story Mitchell. She married Dennis D. Schade on Nov. 27, 1966, in Bushnell. He survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Cathy Krzyzaniak, Melissa Mack and Teresa Meunier, all of Macomb, and Crystal Patrick of Galesburg; and 11 grandchildren.
Her parents, two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Services were held Tuesday at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home in Bushnell. Burial was in Bushnell Cemetery in Bushnell.
