Bill Skien

Bill L. Skien, 60, of Table Grove, died at 9:08 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, 1998, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.

He was born July 8, 1937, in Table Grove, a son of Howard and Velna Hamm Skien. He married Judy Poen on Nov. 23, 1990, in Macomb. She survives.

Also surviving are three daughters, Vickie Keets of Canton and Valerie Gantner and Teresa Kindhart, both of Adair; one son, Dave Skien of Kalamazoo, Mich.; nine grandchildren; and two brothers, Jack of Table Grove and Leon of Adair.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Louise Powell and Lorraine Skien.

He lived in the Adair area for several years before moving to the Table Grove area. He was a farmer and a member of the Macomb Assembly of God Church.

Services were held Tuesday at the Macomb Assembly of God Church with Rev. Alan Puccini officiating. Burial was in Pennington Point Cemetery near Adair.

Memorials may be made to either the Table Grove Rescue Squad or the Macomb Assembly of God Church.
