LuluBelle Spears, 62, of Lewistown, died at 9:51 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, 1997, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 9, 1935, in Bryant, the daughter of William and Helen Courtney Windsor. She married Carroll E. Spears on Nov. 23, 1982, in Canton. He survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Jessie Lee Stufflebeam of Lewistown, Jimmie Dale Stufflebeam of Minonk, and Jerry Stufflebeam of Lewistown; two stepsons, Jeffrey Spears of Keokuk, Iowa and Bryan Spears of Centrailia; one stepdaughter, Deborah Carpenter of Centrailia; four brothers, Albert R. Windsor of rural Smithfield; Harold L. Windsor of Mountain Home, Ark., and Donald W. Windsor and Larry E. Windsor, both of Summum.
She was preceded in death by one grandson.
She was a member of the Lewistown Rebekah Lodge.
Cremation has been accorded. Interment of the cremains will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Jon Sims officiating. There is no visitation. Henry Memorial Home in Lewistown is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Lewistown Rescue Squad.
