Mary A. Snedeker, 68, of rural Smithfield, died at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 27, 1995, at her home.
She was born Dec. 18, 1926, in Marshaltown, Iowa, a daughter of Edward B. and Dorothy E. Simons Bridgman. She married Milo L. Snedeker on Aug. 20, 1945, in Peoria. He died May 25, 1975. One brother and one sister also preceded her in death.
Surviving are one sister, Betty Formhals of rural Smithfield; one brother, Bob Bridgman of Plymouth, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
She retired in 1981 from Outboard Marine Corp. in Galesburg.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at Wiley Cemetery in rural Ellisville with Rev. James Brown officiating. Arrangements were by Henry Memorial Home in Cuba.
