Mrs. Blanche M. Smith, 95, of Adair died at 7 p.m. Monday, Apr. 28, 1980, at Elms Nursing Home in Macomb.
She was born Apr. 12, 1885, near Adair, a daughter of Charles and Nancy Miner Mullen. She married Clarence H. Smith Sept. 2, 1906. He died in 1965.
Mrs. Smith was a member of the Macomb Grandmothers Club, Bushnell Royal Neighbors Club, Rebekah Lodge, Adair United Methodist Church, the church’s women’s group, Adair Home Economics Club and the Tri-State Lodge.
Surviving are one son, Kenneth of Adair, two grandsons, and two great-grandsons.
One son, one brother and one sister preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon at Clugston Funeral Home in Macomb with Rev. Franklin Silas officiating. Burial was in the Oakwood Cemetery in Macomb.
