Miss Olga Schlieter, 79, died at 9:18 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 1980, in the Astoria Care Center.
Miss Schlieter had been residing in the Sherwood Nursing Home at Canton before transferring to the Astoria Care Center about two years ago.
She was born Oct. 4, 1900, in Chicago, a daughter of Gustav and Amelia (Donash) Schlieter, and has no known surviving relatives.
One brother preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Murphy-Sedgwick Memorial Home in Canton with Rev. Delmar Smith officiating. Cremation rites were accorded.
