Relatives here have received word of the sudden death of Mrs. Sherman Serff, 80, of Grand Rapids, Mich. on Thursday evening, Jan. 4, 1973.
Mrs. Serff and her husband are former residents of this area. Mr. Serff was born and raised here and attended school at Oak Grove.
Mrs. Serff was a daughter-in-law of Mrs. Minnie Wherley of Astoria.
Funeral services and burial were held in Grand Rapids.
