BROWNING — Peter Himmel received a message Tuesday, stating that his grandson, Earl Stroops of Nebraska had been killed but did not state the cause of the accident.

BROWNING — Mr. and Mrs. Frank Himmel, Mike Himmel, Miss Mary Himmel and Arlie Burton, left for Inland, Nebr. to attend the funeral of Earl Stroops who was killed Tuesday of last week in a truck accident. The funeral was held on Friday. A neighbor who was with Mr. Stroops was also killed.
