VERMONT — Rebecca Brissey, daughter of William and Mary Ann Brissey, was born in Vermont April 21, 1846, and died at her home in Vermont December 23, 1919, at the age of 73 years, 8 months and two days. Jan. 6, 1881 she was united in marriage with William Stafford of Vermont. To this union there were born four children, one who died in infancy and Thomas of Mitchell, South Dak., Mrs. Annie Laurie Thompson and Raymond of Vermont. Eight grandchildren also survive her, and one brother, Ewing Brissey of Gardner, Illinois. Funeral services were conducted from the home Friday, December 26, Rev. Olin W. Rose officiating assisted by Rev. Fred Wilson, and interment made in the Vermont cemetery.
