Died — At her residence three miles south of Astoria, on Thursday, Sept. 16, 1886, Mrs. Elizabeth Switzer, aged 56 years, 6 months and 27 days.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, Sept. 18, 1886, at the Dunkard Church, and were conducted by Rev. I. Valentine. Her remains were laid to rest in the Astoria cemetery. Mrs. Switzer was united in marriage with Jacob Switzer in March, 1849. Her husband and several children survive her.
