She was born Jan. 15, 1947, in Canton, a daughter of James and Audrey Ford Brooks. She married Donald Reid on Sept. 28, 1965, in Bryant. He survives.
Also surviving are three children, Kathy (and Mark) Cheatum of Sikeston, Mo., Donald C. Reid of Cuba and Laura Leona (and Chris) Gibboney of Smithfield; one sister, Carolyn Williams of Maywood, Mo.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
She worked many years at the Cuba BP Station before retiring in 2002. She was a member of Cuba Christian Church.
Services were held Monday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.
