She was born May 9, 1982, a daughter of Johnny and Valerie McNaught Rogers. She married William “Will” Higgins on July 26, 2019, in Canton. He survives.
Also surviving are her parents of Ipava; one son, Elijah John Rogers of Ipava; one sister, Jennifer (Romaine) Rogers-Boizumault of Brussels, Belgium; one nephew, Bastien Boizumault of Brussels, Belgium; grandmother, Rose Rogers of LaClaire, Iowa; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She graduated from Astoria High School in 2001.
She survived Leukemia twice but side effects caused her epilepsy to lead to her death.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton with a visitation one hour prior at the funeral home.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorials may be made to St Jude Children’s Hospital or Fulton County Humane Society.
