He was born Aug. 23, 2021, in Jacksonville, N.C., the son of Nicholas Raines and Amber Libretto.
Surviving are his parents; one sister, Allyson Reyes at home; grandparents, Robert and Jessica Kirkpatrick of Bushnell; one grandmother, Tonya Tourigny of Jacksonville, N.C.; one grandfather, Brian Libretto of Jacksonville, N.C.; one great-grandmother, Melinda Combs of Easton; and great-grandparents, Marylin and Delbert Goddard of New London, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Geno Groff and Gary Combs.
A graveside service was held Saturday at Vermont Cemetery. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria was in charge of arrangements.
