Johnny M. Rogers, 67, of Little Swan Lake, died at 11:05 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 1997, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 7, 1929, in Decaturville, Mo., the son of William and Mable Moore Rogers. He married Rose Marie O’Brien. She survives.
Also surviving are his mother of Linn Creek, Mo.; one son, Johnny Rogers Jr. of Ipava; three daughters, Karen Rogers of Moline, Tina Drappo of Mesa, Ariz. and Kristi Rogers of Phoenix; one sister, Stella Shadrick of Linn Creek; and six grandchildren.
His father preceded him in death.
He worked for Alcoa Aluminimum in Riverdale, Iowa. He was a member of Snow Masonic Lodge 44, AF&AM, in LeClaire, Iowa.
Cremation will be accorded. Services will be held at a later date. Corman Memorial Home in Avon is in charge of arrangements.
