Mrs. Beulah Roosa of Astoria received word Monday evening of the death of her brother-in-law, William D. Roosa, 77, of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Mr. Roosa was a former Astoria area resident and attended school in Astoria.
He taught at Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Mo. and at Eureka College in Eureka. He also was a minister.
