THOMAS CHOCKLEY ROBINSON

Ipava Citizen Dead.

Thomas Chockley Robinson, a pioneer well known and highly respected citizen died at his home at Ipava Saturday night. It was only a few days ago that Mr. Robinson and his aged wife celebrated their sixtieth wedding anniversary.

Mr. Robinson was a native of Pennsylvania. He was born Nov. 13, 1819 and was just 13 days past 91 when death took him. In 1841 the deceased came to Fulton county and located in Woodland township. In the following winter he settled on a quarter section of land in Vermont township, where he lived a bachelor until Nov. 7, 1850, when he married Miss Sarah Easley.

The funeral was held at 2:30 o’clock Monday. Rev. M. T. Cooper conducted it.
