Rev. G. W. Ross, who for the past seventeen years was pastor of the Vermont Christian church died Friday from Bright’s disease. The funeral services were held Monday at the Vermont church.
Rev. Ross, it will be remembered, has been in Astoria on several occasions and has many friends here who will regret to learn of his death.
