He died Dec. 9, 2020, and she died March 27, 2025.
They are the parents of two daughters, Sonya (and Daniel) Duke of Hodges, Ala., and Lisa (and Craig) Rice of Industry; one son, Eric Parsano of Canton; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Memorials in their memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Macomb American Legion Post #6. Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria was in charge of arrangements.
