He was born June 28, 1963, in Llano, Texas, a son of Jerry and Patsy Latham. He married Maureen Black Heaton on April 7, 2012, in Silver Sands Beach, Jamaica. She survives.
Also surviving are one son, Thomas Partin Jr. of Olney, Texas; three step sons, Kemoy Williams of Duncans Jamaica, Demoy Cardoza of Atlanta, Ga., and Desmond Cardoza of Rushville; four brothers, Marvin Partin of Purdon, Texas, Billy Partin of Llano, Texas, Kenny Partin of Richland, Texas, and Douglas Partin of Granite Shoals, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He worked at Rushville Collision Center as an auto mechanic.
He was a member of Rushville Free Methodist Church.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Rushville Free Methodist Church with Rev. Greg Fish officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of services on Wednesday. Worthington Funeral Home of Rushville is in charge of arrangements.
