He was born March 4, 1973, in Canton, a son of Everett Warren and Rita Salyers Potter. He married Angela Stufflebeam on Oct. 14, 2000, in Lewistown. She survives.
Also surviving are four children, Brennan, Ella, Scarlett and newborn Easton all at home; two brothers, Jon Warren Potter (and fiancée Rachel Hartel) of Bloomington and Benjamin Kyle (and Michelle) Potter of Washington D.C.
He was the water superintendent for City of Lewistown for over 17 years.
He was a member of Illinois Street Christian Church.
Services were held Monday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Reverend Kenny Bloyd officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.
