He was born Sept. 15, 1941, in Table Grove, a son of Elmer L. and Evelyn Rose Foulk Palm. He married Patricia I. Sipes on Dec. 12, 1969, in Bushnell. She survives.
Also surviving are three children, David (and Alicia) Palm, Angela (and Dennis) Danner and Amy (and Mark) Hampton, all of Table Grove; one brother, Harold (and Marilyn) Palm of Ipava; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was a hard worker, having farmed grain and livestock throughout his entire life. He also served as the road commissioner of Farmer's Township for 38 years.
Services were held Friday at Martin-Hollis Funeral Home with Reverend Tim Gilliland officiating. Burial was in Harris Cemetery.
