He was born July 21, 1964, in Oak Lawn, a son of Robert George and Lena Mae Branchfield Parks. They preceded him in death.
Surviving is one brother, Robert William Parks of Lewistown.
He was formerly employed as a meat cutter.
He was involved in a severe auto accident on June 22, 1991, that rendered him a quadriplegic.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no service. Oaks-Hines Funeral Home in Canton is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to Astoria Fire Department and Rescue Squad or Astoria Lions Club.
