Nellie Kathryn Bair Palmer, 91, of Colorado Springs, Colo., died Oct. 20, 2005.
She was born Sept. 14, 1914, in Astoria, a daughter of William and Mary Gain Bair. She married Howard D. Palmer on Oct. 11, 1935. He died Sept. 16, 1972.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church since 1967, where she was a member of the Odds & Ends Sunday school class and volunteered in many capacities, including teaching children's Sunday school classes and giving weekly tours of the church building for seven years.
Memorials may be made to Silver Key Senior Services or to her church.
