Frank H. Phillips, 56, assistant industrial relations manager of the International Harvester Co., Canton, died in a Moline hospital Monday from injuries received in an automobile accident near that city.
The accident occurred 20 miles south of Moline on state route 150 when he lost control of his car. He has been with the company since 1902.
