William M. Onion, 80, of Missouri, died Monday in the St. Francis hospital, Macomb, following a five-week illness.
Born in Woodland townhip, a son of Taylor and Minerva (Offord) Onion, he was married to Winnifred Burton.
Survivors are his sister, Mrs. Alta Blue of Astoria, with whom he made his home previous to moving to Bethany, Mo., four years ago where he was employed as an accountant, and several nephews and nieces.
The body was brought to the Horton Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon in the Summum Christian church, conducted by Rev. Hobart Scrogum. Burial in Sixteen cemetery.
