She was born Nov. 24, 1931, in Brooklyn. She married Maurice Ritchey Morgan in 1959. He passed away July 19, 1991.
She also was preceded in death by her mother, Helen; two stepbrothers, Edward E. and John M. Morgan; and one stepsister, Dorothy A.
Surviving are one son, Roswell A. (and Lori) Morgan of Blue Springs Mo.; and three grandchildren, Nicholas P., Mallori P. and Aubrey B. Morgan, all of Blue Springs.
She attended Rushville schools.
She was a homemaker and a farmer’s wife.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Meyers Funeral Chapel, 1600 W. Main St., Blue Springs, Mo. A second visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Friday at the Wood Funeral Home in Rushville, with funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at the Rushville City Cemetery.
