He was born Dec. 16, 1992, a son of William Morrow and Crystal Palmer Elsley.
Surviving are his father; his mother; one brother, Connor Morrow of Harrison, Ark.; two sisters, Misty Wear of Springfield and Dusty Turner of Bryan, Texas; paternal grandmother, Marlene Morrow; and maternal grandparents, Joe and Lois Palmer.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Norman Morrow.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services. Clugston–Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb is in charge of arrangements.
