Martha Moreece McQuaid, 83, of Camden died at 10 a.m. April 8, 2019, at the Rushville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Rushville.
She was born Dec. 2, 1935, in Timewell, a daughter of Marvin Owen and Martha Mae Mercer McQuaid.
Surviving are one brother, Richard (and June) McQuaid of Rushville; one sister, Jacky Way of Danville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one brother, James McQuaid; and one sister, Patsy McQuaid.
A 1953 graduate of Rushville High School, she first worked for many years at Motorola in Quincy. She later worked at Haegar Pottery in Macomb. She was a Master Gardener.
Private Graveside Services will be held at the Camden West Cemetery. Wood Funeral Home in Rushville is in charge of arrangements.
