She was born April 17, 2017, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
She is survived by her parents, Cheryl Frank and Shawn McCombs of Rushville; one brother, Jordan McCombs and one sister, Delilah McCombs, both at home; grandparents, Nancy Carpenter of Springfield, Kimberly McCombs and Danny Large, both of Rushville, Steven Frank of Mount Sterling, Patrick McCombs of Beardstown; great-grandparents, Patrick McCombs Sr. and Cheryl and Mike Frank, all of Beardstown; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. Jason Triplett officiating. Burial followed in Rushville City Cemetery.
