He was born Oct. 9, 1962, in Rushville, a son of Morris W. and Frances Smith Milby.
Surviving are one sister, Phyllis (and Jack) Swearingen of Littleton; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Lewis Milby.
He graduated from Industry High School. He worked for over 25 years with Sodexo Food Service on the campus of Western Illinois University.
He attended First Baptist Church in Littleton. When he was younger, he participated with Special Olympics. Most recently, he participated in special recreation activities with the Macomb Park District.
Memorial services were held Saturday at the Wood Funeral Home in Rushville with Pastor Sam Stringer officiating. Burial will be in the Littleton Cemetery at a later date.
