John Robert McDaniel, 44, of Quincy died at 5:35 a.m. Dec. 6, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 26, 1968, in Rushville, a son of David Lee and Rita Elouise Fitzjarrald McDaniel. They survive.
Also surviving are one brother, Alva "Chip" (and Kim) of Chestnut; four uncles, Tim (and Shiela) Fitzjarrald of Augusta, Dale (and Edna) McDaniel and Harry (and Beverly) Anderson, both of Springfield and David Don (and Tecia) Hennessey of Lincoln; and four aunts, Sue Fitzjarrald of Camden, Gwen Paschall of Rushville, Karen McDaniel of Lincoln and Kathy McDaniel of Benld.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Christopher David McDaniel; grandparents; and two uncles, Larry McDaniel and Randy Fitzjarrald.
Graveside services were held Monday at Rushville City Cemetery with Gwen Paschall officiating. Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville was in charge of arrangements.
