She was born July 19, 1960, in Jacksonville, a daughter of Reverend Wallace "Ed" and Marilyn J. "Jeannie" Hobbs Tribble. She married Terry Millslagle on Oct. 7, 1994, in Rushville. He survives.
Also surviving are her parents; three sons, Ben Fulks (Shannon Alvarado) of Ferndale, Wash., Brian Fulks (and Pam) of Leavenworth, Kan., and John Millslagle of Springfield; two daughters, Brittany Millslagle and Sarah Millslagle, both of Rushville; one brother, Jeff Tribble (Jo Ann Lackey) of Springfield; two sisters, Carrie Cothern and Jennifer Buhl (Brad), both of Springfield; and three grandchildren.
She graduated from Petersburg PORTA High School in 1978.
She worked for Snyder's Vaughn Haven Nursing Home, volunteered as a paramedic for Schuyler County EMS, worked in the office at Culbertson Hospital, was a receptionist at SIU Internal Medicine in Springfield and was a Medical Records supervisor at SIU Family Practice in Quincy.
She was a member of Rushville Faith Christian Family Church.
Services were held Tuesday at Worthington Funeral Home in Rushville with Rev. Gary Kruzan and Rev. Frank Shaw officiating. Burial was in Rushville City Cemetery.
