Dennis MillerDennis L. Miller, 54, of Lewistown died at 1:35 a.m. April 21, 2007, at his home.

He was born Nov. 20, 1952, in Canton, a son of James L. and Lena M. Berry Miller. He married Sharon Pratt on Aug. 19, 1977, in Havana. She survives.

Also surviving are four sons, Daniel (and Nicole) Patton of Claremont, N.H., Nicholas (and Emily) of Bloomington, Phillip (and Deanna) of Lewistown and Arnold (and Angela) of St. David; two daughters, Teresa (and Matthew) Kinson of Claremont, N.H., and Jessica Miller at home; one sister, Lorane (and Bobby) Cornette of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and 18 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, one sister and three nephews.

He worked 28 years at Crescent Forge in Havana and later worked as a laborer for Local 231 in Pekin. He was a member of Canton Moose Lodge and had served as vice president for the former Lewistown Jaycees.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Henry-Lange Memorial Home in Lewistown with Rev. Danie deBeer officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lewistown.

Memorials may be made to an education fund for his daughter Jessica Miller in care of Ipava State Bank in Lewistown.
