Vicky Mims, 50, of Peoria died at 12:35 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2005, at Methodist Medical Center.
She was born June, 28, 1954, in Alton, a daughter of Samuel and Nina Tippen Mims.
Surviving are her mother and stepfather, Nina and Leslie Plain Sr. of Brimfield; three daughters, Stormy Owens and April Owens, both of Peoria, and Beth (and Dwight) Lloyd of Dubuque, Iowa; five brothers, Harvey Mims of Conyers, Ga., Leslie (and Rebecca) Plain Jr. of Benton, Mo., Delbert (and Crystal) Plain and William Plain, both of Edwards, and Robert Plain of Brimfield; one sister, Sandra (and Melvin) Coulter of Ipava; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be today at 1 p.m. at T.W. Parks Colonial Chapel, where visitation will be one hour before. Cremation will be accorded after the services.
